Graduated in Economics and qualified as Health Coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I'm the creator of the Donna Page Method: healthy food, regular workout and a positive attitude are the key to real Wellness.
By providing nutritional advice, I help people adopt a healthier lifestyle and get physical as well as physiological balance. In particular, I work individually with my clients with a tailored consulting, in order to find the most suitable programme to make them reach their goals, according to their body chemistry. There do not exist two identical bodies, everyone is unique.
Concerning my training and background, I also achieved the 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels of Pilates Mat Work at the Balance Body School.
